Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Ron Contreras moved to Alhambra at the age of 13, where he attended Alhambra High School. His early years were marked by a strong sense of community and determination. Ron’s commitment to service and leadership led him to join the United States Marine Corps in 1993, serving as an infantry Marine until his honorable discharge in 1997.

 

After his military service, Ron pursued higher education at the University of Phoenix from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, he embarked on his career in home loans, gaining valuable experience working with a variety of financial institutions, including brokers, direct lenders, banks, and wholesale lenders. His extensive knowledge allows him to assist clients with a broad range of financing options — from residential and commercial mortgages to construction loans. Ron also specializes in Home Equity Lines of Credit, providing tailored solutions for his clients.

 

Family is central to Ron’s life; he has three daughters and has been happily married since 2007. With his military background, diverse loan experience, and dedication to client service, Ron strives to help individuals and families achieve their real estate and financial goals.
